User Agreement

Pooly is a discovery service that helps people heading the same way connect and share a cab. Pooly does not own vehicles, employ drivers, or process payments. You and your co-riders book the cab through your preferred ride-hailing app and settle the fare among yourselves.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Pooly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, gender, and ride details.

The in-app SOS feature is an aid, not an emergency service. In a real emergency, always call your local emergency number first. Pooly is not a substitute for police, medical, or roadside assistance.

Women-only rides are reserved for users who have self-identified as female in their profile. Misrepresenting your gender to access these rides is a violation of this agreement and may result in account removal.

All fare splits shown in Pooly are estimates based on user-entered totals. Actual fares are charged by your cab provider. Pooly is not responsible for fare disputes, refunds, or surge pricing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pooly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pooly, its operators and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with co-riders or third-party cab providers.

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service: your email, name, gender, ride details, and — only while sharing an active ride — your live location. We do not sell your data. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement, behave abusively, or compromise the safety of other users.
